General Terms & Conditions

Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to register on the bd bhaji platform and use its services. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited, and any suspicious account may be suspended without verification. Only one account may be opened per user; creating multiple accounts will be considered a violation of these terms. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and update it promptly if anything changes. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Account Security & Password

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials, password, and personal security code confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone and avoid logging in through third parties. You will be held solely responsible for any activity conducted from your account, including in cases of unauthorized access. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. bd bhaji reserves the right to verify an account at any time for security reasons.

Financial Transactions & Funds

All deposits and withdrawals on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using locally approved payment methods. Deposited funds are accepted solely for use in legitimate betting activities; using an account for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. Some verification may be required to process withdrawals, and withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. Funds associated with promotional bonuses or offers are subject to the specific terms of each individual offer. In the event of any financial dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or gaining unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action. Using software bots, automation tools, or any unauthorized technology to place bets or influence outcomes is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to hack or access another user's account, or any effort to compromise the platform's security systems, will be subject to legal action. Claiming a bonus repeatedly through multiple accounts or abusing bonuses may result in account termination. For any violation of these terms, bd bhaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice.

Dispute Resolution & Right to Amend

Any dispute or complaint will first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution is not possible, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. bd bhaji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified on the platform before changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also an integral part of these terms.
